We are adding new roles to our Factory Kids Team—and we need you!

Kid’s Ministry isn’t just about being in a classroom (though that can be part of it!). There are so many ways to support our Factory kids and families, including fun crafts, games, events, curriculum development, working with children with special needs, parent engagement, and more!

Whether you love to lead, organize, create, or support, we have a place for you.

If you're interested in learning more or ready to jump in, fill out the form below and let us know what areas you'd like to explore. We'll follow up with your next steps soon!

Thank you for being part of this incredible team!

Serve as the primary point person for a specific area within our Factory Kids ministry, such as crafts, curriculum, classrooms, scheduling, or more. In this role, you’ll help organize and support your team while also communicating any needs, wins, or ideas back to the staff lead.

Your leadership helps ensure everything runs smoothly and stays aligned with our mission to create a fun, faith-filled environment for our kids.

Help keep our kids safe while guiding the classroom through its schedule and activity rotations. You’ll support the flow of the class by assisting with transitions and making sure kids stay engaged and cared for throughout the service.

Help us write and prepare Bible-based curriculum for our preschool and elementary classrooms. Our goal is to keep each lesson simple, engaging, and easy for kids to understand. You’ll focus on creating content around topics, stories, and characters from the Bible.

You’ll also collaborate with other teams by sharing the monthly lesson themes, so they can create supporting crafts, snacks, games, and memory verses that reinforce each week’s message. You won’t need to come up with these activities yourself—just communicate the curriculum clearly so other teams can build around it.

Be the point person on Sunday mornings for our Factory Kids classroom volunteers. You’ll help ensure volunteers are present and ready in their classrooms, assist with any needs that come up during service, and step in to support if a parent needs to be contacted or additional help is required.

Work alongside the curriculum team to teach a short, fun, and engaging lesson.

Factory Kids Check-In Team
Be the first friendly face families see! This team helps parents check their kids in smoothly and guides new families to the right classrooms while answering any questions along the way.

Our creative team will work alongside our curriculum team to dream, plan, and execute our events, crafts, games, and more!

Help create a fun and meaningful worship experience for our preschool and elementary classrooms! You’ll work alongside the curriculum team to choose worship songs and motions that align with each week’s lesson, then help lead and guide kids in worship during class.
We would LOVE for teenagers who have a passion for worship and working with kids to join us in this area!

Be a part of our Buddy system by providing one-on-one support to children with special needs in our Factory Kids ministry. You’ll help them feel included, safe, and engaged during class by offering personalized attention and care. This may also include providing support in our sensory room if a child needs a calm and quiet space during the service.

Help bridge the gap between church and home! Our Parent Team provides encouragement, support, and clear communication to families. You'll share monthly curriculum topics, worship songs, and memory verses so parents can stay connected to what their kids are learning each week.
